Sample Forms

The Immediacy public sector solution comes with a form builder module that allows site administrators to very easily build forms to accept user input.

Forms submissions can be automatically emailed to a specified email address or logged to a database and viewed using an automatically generated report. The creation of forms and inserting them into the site is straightforward for users and requires no technical knowledge.

More advanced users can post forms to a bespoke ASP script or use plugins to develop very sophisticated intellligent forms.

A sample dog license application form is included in the site. The form results are also available to the authorized users.
