Community
We wish to create a sense of community pride and
inspire residents to take ownership of local issues. Community
involvement is key to the regeneration of Dover.
We aim to help develop the voice of the community within Dover
by involving community groups and the Dover Pride Champions through
Dover Pride to ensure that the community’s own voice can be heard
wherever and whenever necessary.
Our aims for our community are to:
- Improve communication and bring communities together.
- Improve the ways in which we can support poorer areas of
town.
- Develop schemes to support youth, reduce crime and improve
health.
