Illuminations

Two of the lighting projects from the Public Realm Strategy were installed in 2006. The strategy includes lighting up a number of our most attractive and historic buildings and features such as the river. The lighting at Dover Priory Station completes the refurbishment of the station, ahead of the works to the station forcourt and Folkestone Road, known as the Station Approach project, all of which will smarten up the station in time for the arrival of the high speed trains in December this year.
