Connaught Barracks
The Homes and Communities Agency's sustainable development
for Dover
The proposed development of Connaught Barracks would see a
minimum of 500 new homes built to high environmental and
sustainability standards. The project also aims to secure the long
term future of Fort Burgoyne, a Scheduled Ancient Monument that
sits on the site.
Consultation events took place in November 2008. There will be
further consultation as the scheme develops. If you would like to
