Buckland Mill

SEEDA’s plans to redevelop of the former Buckland Paper mill site include a quality mixed use development scheme of high specification sustainable housing, together with business and leisure uses.

Of paramount importance to this scheme is to ensure that it focuses on and integrates with the local communities in Buckland and St Radigund’s.

The planning application (application number DOV/06/1455) has been submitted and can be viewed on the Dover District Council Planning website.
