The Waterfront
The Dover Waterfront presents an innovative regeneration
opportunity in connection with a comprehensive 30
year master plan for the port operations.
The plan has identified an area around the central harbour and
the Wellington Dock that is not required for operational purposes
and is available for alternative development. This includes the
beach, the conservation area of Waterloo Crescent and the former
workshops which now form De Bradelei Warf.
