River Dour Cycle Route

Improved crossings, cycle lanes and a new bridge are all part of the proposals for the River Dour Cycle Route. We would like to hear what you think of the proposals, consultation closes on Friday 5th March.

High Speed train - Dover to London in 67 minutes

The full High Speed train service is now running between Dover and London St Pancras, making Dover within 67 minutes of the capital.

Dover Sea Sports Centre

A multi-purpose sports and leisure facility on Dover’s seafront. Due for completion Winter 2009. Official opening Spring 2010. Cafe opening December 2009.

Station Approach

The Station Approach project will see the redesign of the public space around Dover Priory station. The project is due for completion in Spring 2010.

Sea Change, Make Dover

The Dover Sea Change programme has seen the refurbishment of the Great Tower at Dover Castle, feasibility work on a cable car between the Seafront and Castle, and a redesigned Seafront starting on the ground this Winter.
